Welcome to Colour My World Children’s Centre (CMW), a family-owned long day care and preschool dedicated to providing a nurturing “home away from home” for children aged 0 to 5. Located in Ermington and West Ryde, NSW, we’re open Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, for 50 weeks each year.
At CMW, we are more than just an early learning centre. We are a close-knit community built on trust, respect, and genuine care, where every child is valued and supported in their early learning journey.

Diane is the heart of Colour My World. A devoted mother and experienced businesswoman, she blends leadership with a deep passion for early education. Diane holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Diplomas in Management and Leadership, and Early Childhood Education. Her holistic focus on wellbeing guides every aspect of our programs and centre culture.

Raymond oversees marketing, enrolments, and centre operations. With qualifications in Business Management, Early Childhood Education, and Music, he brings creativity and strategic insight to his role. From social media to family onboarding, Raymond plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our families.

Steven leads our educational programs and supports team development. He collaborates closely with educators, families, and children to create inspiring learning experiences. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Music, and ongoing Bachelor of Education studies, Steven also mentors staff, students and volunteers and promotes professional growth.

Nathan handles family accounts, CCS-related queries, and daily admin tasks. Holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Music, he combines behind-the-scenes efficiency with a friendly, supportive approach, always ready to lend a helping hand.
Our Educators
Our educators are the heart of our early learning centre. Each team member is either fully qualified or actively studying toward a Certificate III, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education. They are more than professionals, they are caring, attentive individuals dedicated to helping every child feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn every day. With an authentic focus on Child Safety and Child Protection, children are in the best of care.

Our Story
As parents, Robert and Diane Saba dreamed of building a centre where children could grow and learn in a safe and trusted environment, and families could feel confident and supported. In 2009, they brought that dream to life with the opening of our West Ryde location, followed by the Ermington service in 2011.
Since then, their journey has been guided by love, dedication, and a commitment to providing outstanding early childhood education in a
safe and caring environment.
